I was a big fan of Kiss My Face’s shaving cream before they were bought by another company and ceased operations. So, I decided to look for an alternative shaving cream. After reading some reviews on Reddit and Amazon, I ordered the three creams in the photo and gave them a try.The result of the test is that the cream from Pacific Shaving Co is the most similar to Kiss My Face’s shaving cream. It feels like it, rubs on like it and my face stayed lubricated throughout the shave just like KMF’s did. Even going over spots a second or third time didn’t result in razor burn.The only difference was the smell. I used to buy the fragrance-free version of KMF but this cream has a mild citrus smell to it. It wasn’t overpowering though so I’ll live with it.In the end, it’s a good product that I’ll use from now on.

My skin is hyper sensitive to just about every product in the market. Every lotion, face wash, sunscreen, and shaving cream seems to give me SEVERE acne, oily skin, or flaky dry skin depending on the weather. But I'm not gonna get into how difficult it is to shave when I have severe acne all over my jaw line and cheeks. This product has alleviated all of my problems. I have experimented with my diet, products and I am convinced this is the product that has solved my problem. This product has made shaving so easily for me a given me smooth skin and great texture. No more acne, razor bumps or ingrown hairs. I am never using another product. This is my answer and I hope it is yours too. I know everyones skin is different, but this is worth atleast trying. I am an ordinary shaver with an extraordinarily tough beard. When I do not shave and my beard brushes against collars or hems of hoods etc, they wear out, that is how strong my beard is. So read on for my review of not just Cremo Original Shave cream but Mr Taylor's original shaving cream and Pacific Natural shaving cream and the comparisons.All my life I have been using Gillette foam and Nivea foam - I cannot be bothered with Gel. Then I discovered Mr Taylor's Original shaving cream in a tub, quite the nicest smell and a better shave no doubt than any foam, had to use a brush though. It was good, till I came across this product. I still have most of Mr Taylor's left as you barely use any per shave, but thought of trying it after all the fuss and reviews. Now, I will give you that treating your face with as hot water as possible then rubbing the cream in sets you up for a nice shave, no matter what you use. But Cremo is just the smoothest shave I have *ever* had. It does feel good, smooth, smells nice and now my shave lasts for about 36 hours, not 24 as before. Makes it tricky in some ways, with alternate shaving between mornings and the next evenings. In some ways of course, good. The only downside is that there is something synthetic-y about it all. It does not feel natural and the ingredients don't make sense, so you feel a little guilty about what you are putting into your skin. The quantity you use is literally about how much you put on a toothbrush or an almond. I then bought Pacific Natural shaving cream - travel size. As Cremo does not really do travel size and I used to use random small shaving foam cans for travel. Pacific Natural is good in all regards and the ingredients seem friendlier and natural, it also foams a bit too easily, but the shave is not as good as Cremo.So in conclusion in order..Shave quality - Cremo, Pacific Natural, Mr Taylor'sSmell - Mr Taylor's, Cremo and Pacific Natural tieIngredients (non-scientific) - Pacific Natural, Mr Taylor's, CremoEase of application - Pacific Natural and Cremo tie (hand), Mr Taylor's (brush)Foaming ease - Mr Taylor's and Pacific Natural (plenty), Cremo (minimal, but not a negative in my opinion)Travel convenience - Pacific Natural. Cremo does not have the small size, I haven't checked on Mr Taylor's.Value for money - tie for all three, very minimal needed per shave.Overall winner - tie between Cremo at home and Pacific Natural during travel. And yes, I do travel that often.Hope this helps!

I got this because it was an add-on item to some other stuff I was buying, and I liked the idea of it being 'natural'.Well, it may be natural, but I'm not fond of the cream, for three reasons. First, for me, it's *way* overly silky on my face-- takes alot of water to feel like it finally rinses off my face. I don't like that. I now plan to shower after shaving. Second, it has this weird 'stringy' texture to it-- again, something I don't like. Third (and because of the other two reasons), my shaver isn't as close as with other creams-- using this cream I tend to have stubble left in hard to shave spots.

A surprisingly good product, with a better smell and more compact package then Kiss My Face. The shaving experience is identical or just slightly better then Kiss My Face. A good alternative to main stream brands assuming you'v gotten your fill of toxic ingredients from other sources.

Discovered Pacific Shaving years ago, maybe 5. Thrilled to see they are on Amazon with prime shipping. the product is great. I have a beard that is like sand paper after 6 hours, and I think this is the best shaving cream I have ever used. I haven't used anything else since I discovered it.

This is a pretty good shaving product that is totally diminished by it's package. The tube I received blew out of the bottom all over everything in my shaving travel kit on a recent trip. I had to just toss the whole mess including my shaving bag in the garbage. I always place my shaving bag in the center of my suitcase to avoid these things, so I'm sure it wasn't 100% due to the baggage handling gorillas. Other tubed products have survived many flights.I thought I'd found the perfect answer for a small size travel shave cream..... it turned into a perfect disaster. Now to go cancel my auto-ship....and find something else.

I was looking for a new product to use because the stuff I use to use was called premier Dead Sea shaving cream bit it’s no longer sold on amazon. After just receiving this product today and trying it out I’m impressed u require very little of the cream and it spreads quite easily over a fair amount of your skin and with very little cream I might add. This cream is going to last me a fair amount of time highly recommended.

My husband loves this shaving cream and says it is the best he has ever used. Not only is it natural, but he says it lasts a really long time because you don't need to use much at all (a very small amount on your finger). He also says that it gives a really smooth shave - no irritation or issues with the razor at all. We couldn't find it again in the stores, so he was happy I found it here.

Works well and the mild smell it has is quite mild, so if you don't like strong scents this is a good one. I don't find it foams up particularly well, it's more of a thin cream - even with a shaving brush.I give it four stars because of the fact it doesn't foam the best and also because there are no directions on the tube for how best to use the product. Yes, it's a shave cream so it's pretty self explanatory but how much should we use? They say a little goes a long way but I haven't found that to be the case. And should we use a brush or rub it between our hands for best results?

I have tried to get away from using the big brand products which often test on animals, and was looking for something with more natural ingredients. After trying a few different kinds, this is not by go-to. Lovely scent, perfect consistency for shaving and can be used by men or women. Doesn't create a huge amount of bubbles and froth which I like.
