I struggled for over a year with digestive issues. I cut out gluten and dairy, took different probiotics, etc. with varying degrees of success. I take one just about every day, but not every day. Tring to lose the bloated look. It may take a while though to slim down from looking like a fat person.

I can expand my diet now. To be fair I’m taking with 5G L glutamate daily AM. However I switched from terra origin L glutamate based digestive blend (horrible taste, but effective) to straight L glutamate and the results have held up. Occasionally if my food is heavier or I eat more often I may take a second enzyme dose. Before this combo I could barely eat once a day. I have no food intolerances and doc tests are all good yet most food bothers me. My appetite has improved and if I eat something “suspect” like starch or sugar, I tolerate it better.

Does it's justice

These were different from most digestive enzymes since instructions are just once a day instead of with every meal. Personally, they didn’t work very well as my body didnt agree with an ingredient in them, however i do have an autoimmune and leaky gut and i am on AIP so my body is super sensitive. I’m sure they would help if i wasnt so sensitive.
