Good kitchen meat tenderizer

Sturdy, easy to handle and wash
This is a great hammer tenderizer. It has a flat side, which I use to flatten my chicken so it cooks faster, I also use it to smash up cookies and crackers , even breadcrumbs for certain recipes. I do this in a zip bag. The textured side is to tenderize your red meats. I don't use this too often, but it works great.This hammer is easy to hold on to and has a great sized head to cover a lot of ground when smashing.Great buy!

Analog meat tenderizer
It does the job, which is to pound tough meat tender or thick meat thinner. That's the way Weiner Schnitzel is prepared. It also a champion piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to switch pounding arms regularly.
