A great multivitamin from a well respected brandI buy this brand of multi-vitamin because it has, in my opinion, the best ingredients and mix of vitamins and amounts for each.I want a balance of supplemental nutrients that are close to the recommended daily values for each of them.What I do not want and what I stay away from are multi-vitamins having thousands of percentages for some of the ingredients.

The truth is, I don't know if vitamin supplements work. I've heard that maybe they aren't particularly healthful, and the benefit might be psychosomatic. I understand that I feel better because it contains nutrients that are often missing from packaged food, and it also has probiotics that help regulate gut health. Though I don't really comprehend the science, I understand that this works on a straightforward biological mechanism, and the positive response just makes sense. But, that being said, I repeat that I just feel better when I take this product.
