Pretty good I think
I like the fact that it's a high dose amount with k2 , and it's a good quantity. 1 bottle will last 2 people around 4 months. It has a pleasant coconut smell from the oil and you only need to take one.Negatives (kinda): I took a blood test but I had previously not been taking it as diligently so it wasn't the best representation, but my levels were still slightly higher. Hard to see benefits as I have other health issues, but I think it's doing what it's supposed to. Once I get confirmation, it could easily be 5*Other Gripe is the price keeps going up, but it's still a good value at 250 softgels
