The good it fits well around the neck and shoulders. Its comfortable to wear. It conforms around neck and shoulders better than many I have tried. Stays warm decent amount of time. Warms in microwave 3 minutes.Cons: the smell was strong and not pleasant. Stated it was lavender on box but not any lavender I've smelled before. I put dry lavendor Epsom salts in large zip lock and put the wrap in bag left over night. I did this several times over the week. It did help w the original musty smell. Its faded alit now I've used it for a month. Not sure if buy again but this wrap fits nice.

I bought this recently when I lost my old heat pack. I like the "shawl" styling, as it stays on my shoulders better, and it covers more of my upper back and my neck. It heats up well and I like that it stays warm a bit longer.

I use this neck wrap every night. I love the lavender smell, it holds heat long after I have fallen asleep. The weight and size of it is perfect. I can’t speak for the long term durability because I have only had it for a few months, but I use it almost every night and it has no signs of wear, it holds heat and smells the same as the first day I used it. I’ve bought this for several friends who also love it

Comfortable

This heating pad is okay. It works well when my muscles get tight from sitting at my desk all day, and the heat feels good. But I was a little let down... It actually burnt a little in the microwave even though I followed the directions, so that was a bummer. Also, it’s a lot lighter than I thought it would be—I was expecting something heavier to really help with the muscle tension.It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

I have a shoulder injury that requires heat and/or ice on occasion. I love how good this shoulder wrap feels when I heat it in the microwave and put it on. It covers my shoulders and back very well. I can even walk around the house with it on and it stays in place.
