I absolutely love these, they have gotten me through an entire semester of collage sleeping 8+ hours a day. I love their value for money, you get a lot for a small price, unlike melatonin gummies these are absorbed fast expect to get sleepy within 10-15 minutes. Their flavor can get a little strong and spicy but its well worth it for a good night sleep. If you want cheap melatonin buy this product.

This melatonin works great and I always reorder it when I run out so that I always have it on hand. I like the fact that it dissolves fast and think that helps it work faster. I’ll usually put it under my tongue and the taste is actually kind of good for what it is

Works great! Finally found something that works, it takes a bit longer for me but I do not wake up feeling groggy or out of it with this item. Taste isn’t awful as it is a dissolving pill but do have a drink handy for the finish. I have tried many sleep aids and for me this is the one that has been the best by far.

My son and husband both take these nightly and they work really well for them. The dissolvable tablets are easy to take, and they help with falling asleep without grogginess the next day. Personally, they don’t work for me. I tend to get headaches from melatonin, but I’m also pretty sensitive overall. No issues for the rest of my household though, and we keep them stocked.

I’m giving it 5 stars because it does its job. Almost too well. I started taking a full tablet and it really helps me fall asleep and it helps me get some good sleep to the point where I dream. The only issue in my opinion is that the following day you need to be aware that your body is going to feel like a sack of potatoes until enough time has passed. I started taking half a tablet and it still does the job and I only feel like half of a sack of potatoes the next day. I’m not sure if taking it earlier will help, but it doesn’t force you to sleep, you can stay up if you wanted to after taking it but when you choose to go to sleep it’s just easier to do so. Overall if you want to fall asleep faster and have a good nights sleep, I’d recommend this. Just be aware that if you had to drive somewhere early in the morning then I’d probably say not to take it the previous night

Best melatonin I’ve had! I have tried a TON of brands and anyone I let try this is amazed . Surprised it was strong and works the way it does . Sometimes I wonder if it’s other things other than melatonin lmao… but in the best way. I will not buy another brand. My bf and I love this stuff ! I have recommended to other people as well and they love it
