works at 5v and gives Amp readings
I've tried loads of different these to give the USB charging of USB things.This is the only one I've found that will not only power up at 5v but will give you an Amp reading at that voltage.At 5v I've found the display is clear and bright, even in sunlight.The Amp reading appears to be correct when tested against other displays.I've already used these two and I'm going to buy more

Connection schematics.
Likes: neat design and applicability in one's own projects thus cutting down the the effort for designing one's own version.Dislikes: no connection schematics is supplied making it diffucult to use. And, also the unit price could be lowered by packaging a larger quantity.

Use the yellow wire to measure voltage
Instructioncs could be a lot better. The two thick wires are used to measure the current, the thin wires are red - power to the meter, yellow - measure the voltage at the test point, black - return for power to meter, not needed if using same supply to device and meter.The meter is reasonably accurate and was ideal for the intended use.Price point is great for indicating voltage and current..

Nice & small with clear display
Using several of these. Instructions?? Why they use the Neg cannot say. Take care with the wiring Red/Yellow, tried going over 30 volts & bad news.Watch this space
