This is an excellent brace. It is firm and well fitted. I got the small since my legs are sort of slim. The first 2 days it was tight pulling on. It now go on easier and my sore knee is already feeling better. I bought a second one so I always have at least one dry and ready to wear all day. Also great price!

The best knee support I have found! I have purchased 5 different ones before this one and it truly is the BEST.VERY, very comfortable. Really well made. I took pictures of the inside so you can see. The side support is flexible and well sewn into the sleeve so it won't cause irritation to your leg. The "donut" for your kneecap is also very professionally sewn in.I'm 5'10" 195lbs, 63 years old and this is an XL. Fits snuggly but there is good give so it isn't uncomfortable even after wearing it for 8+ hours.I tried one that had metal hinges for side support but the sleeve wasn't snug or supportive at all. It has the velcro wraps and it caused big gaps.I also got sleeves with no patella or side supports and they just didn't do much.I'm a trucker and climb in and out of my tractor and trailer often, crawl underneath to check my equipment and of course sit for long periods of time as well driving.I have arthritis in my joint and under the patella grinding on the bone.I'm planning on buying a second one for backup after using this one for a bit. I'll update my review if there are any changes to the quality. For now, I HIGHLY recommend this knee sleeve.

As usual, Neeca shines through! The above & below support straps are real asset - even if brace sizing is not perfect. Going to order next size up, but definitely worth price!!

Have tried many knee supports/braces. Provided me great support while being the most comfortable support and stability. Getting the right size and the Velcro support straps made a huge impact. Very comfortable, breathable and definitely stays in place. This is my second one. Highly recommended!

This is the best knee brace ever! After purchasing & wearing this I've thrown out all the others. I will buy this again because it is the best. I play tennis every other day & it gives me the perfect support I need for my aching knees. It does not slip down or stretch out like all the others did. I'm so very satisfied!

I had previously ordered this item in a different color. It worked well for my knee pain and instability and was comfortable to wear - all day, every day, for a couple of months.I ordered this one expecting it to be the same. Although the picture shows the silicone-like grippers on the top edge to be the same wavy lines as the first one, what I go had one straight, solid, wider line of whatever material they are using. I don't know if it's a different material or just the straight line, but within a few days I had a red rash on top of a welt all around my leg, which is still there after several days of not wearing either brace.After the rash and welt go away, I probably will go back to wearing it with the top folded back away from skin, but won't order another one unless I know this design change is reversed.

I bought this Knee brace in 2023. It has worked great with daily wear. Recently one of the side spring stabilizers broke and made the brace unusable. I ordered a replacement several times. The replacements didn’t fit. I contacted the company and explained the situation. They asked for the original order number from 2023. When I emailed them the information they shipped a replacement free of charge. The replacement arrived yesterday and fits perfectly. This knee brace is pretty comfortable but does get a little irritating on the back of the knee after several hours at work. I really like the Velcro around the kneecap.
