The advertised 60H is not achievable, it keeps temperature from 2 degrees to 5 degrees for 32H and 4H to reach the room temperature (so total 36H).The room temperature where I did the test was 21 degrees.I did the math and this product will keep your meds safe for 24H outside in winter in Dubai and 12 to 16 hours outside in summer in Dubai

انه تبرد ابر منجارو بشكل جيد فانا اسافر بشكل اسبوعي 4 ساعات بسبب العمل فكانت مناسبة، ولكن التي استلمتها فيها مشكله عداد حرارة لا يعمل.

Temperature failed
Product works well for keeping insulin cool for prolonged periods even in hotter temperatures. However three months in the temperature sensor no longer works. It will read 0deg C all the time, even after laid out overnight.
