Looking for a basic, but very nice PC? Please read the review, this might be what you want.
Really impressed. Wanted to upgrade the computer in our church secretary's office, and did not want to break the bank. I liked that this was small, decent i5 processor, Windows 10, 8 gb memory. Really checked all of the boxes of what I was looking for in an "office PC". Ordered, works great, I mean, really nice! As it happened, I had an unused 240gb SSD, so I upgraded from the conventional drive to the SSD, and this sucker really flies! Will it play graphics intensive games? No, I'm sure it will not. The internal Intel graphics are NOT that hot. But are you really wanting to buy something like this for gaming? I hope not! You want to game, get a gamer PC. But do you want to get WORK done, and have a reliable and (dare I say) cute PC? Will this work well with Microsoft Office, web-browsing, email, the church's dedicated database software, etc? Yes, it will, and it does! Seriously, if you are looking for a nice, fast, computer for regular "office" type use, you should give this a look. Lots of ports, external power supply, really quiet. Also, if you DO decide you want to upgrade to a SSD, it is the really easy and practically tool-less. Brackets make popping out everything simple, and I only needed to use a screwdriver to remove the old hdd and put in the ssd...4 screws total! How easy is that? I've never been happier with a less than $200.00 PC purchase. By the way, it shipped quickly, and was well packed. I am very pleased with this vendor, and would absolutely order from them again. And no, I was NOT paid for this review, and I am not the owner of the company or something. I am just truly impressed by the value here. Oh, it also looks almost new...maybe a few small blemishes, but nothing to detract from the overall appearance, at least on the one I got.2 possible CONS:1. Although this does have open internal expansion slots, there is precious little room inside to add, say, a video card. Apparently there are a few small, relatively low-powered cards that would allow some graphics-intensive activity, but you really shouldn't expect to upgrade much of anything on this PC with the exception of the hard drive or memory. Not a big con to me, but might be an issue for some.2. This is a refurb, and the refurb company simply wiped the existing hard drive and installed Windows 10. That's Ok, and exactly what I was expecting. However, when upgrading to a solid state drive, when I pulled the old hard drive out, it was from 2013. CPU's don't wear out, neither does memory, but a hard drive that is 5 years old MIGHT end up developing issues, especially when it is the smaller "notebook" size hard drive (and this one is). So...IF you are planning to keep the existing hard-drive, be aware that the drive already has 4-5 years of use. Sometimes a mechanical drive will work for years and years, that's true. But sometimes when they get around 5-6 years old, they can start failing. Having said all that, you can buy a 250 gb SSD for as little as $60.00 on Amazon...so just upgrade the drive when you get it...you'll get the reliability you need, and you'll love the 20 seconds from boot to ready to use! Just sayin!

This is NOT a desktop or small form factor
This is NOT a desktop or small form factor desktop or an ultra small form factor desktop as described.Desktops or small form factor desktops and ultra small form factor desktops all use standard desktop components, i.e. 3.5 hard drives and 240 pin ram and an ac power supply. This computer uses 200 pin laptop ram, a 2.5 laptop hard drive and a laptop dc power thus making it a mini pc and not a desktop at all.Any company that sells pc's has no excuse whatsoever not knowing the difference between a desktop, small form factor desktop and a mini pc.If it uses laptob components it is NOT a desktop of any kind, it is a mini pc and desktop should appear nowhere in its description.I returned this mini pc and bought an actual real desktop that is actually a small form factor desktop.LEARN THE PROPER INDUSTRY STANDARD TERMINOLOGY IF YOU ARE GOING TO SELL COMPUTERS. IT'S WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AND BEING BUNCH OF SHADY CROOKS.

Small but powerful
I really like this PC, the size is perfect. I wanted a small PC. It's a little noisy but very fast. Came in very good condition and very well protected. I'm not using the mouse and keyboard because I'm using my own wireless ones. As everyone stated, it's not upgradable to Windows 11, but I'll worry about that in October 2025 and know there's ways around it. Also, the company that restored it did a very good job. The PC was clean, no scratches or damages and files from the previous owner were unrecoverable which means the company cares about the privacy of units they restore. I'm very happy with my purchase. Update: this PC has a DVD drive but it's not a DVD writer. My fault for not reading this part.

GOOD MACHINE FOR THE PRICE! So Far. (UPDATE TO REVIEW! )
So far so good. Machine came intact and packaged well and with all components described to be included. Machine booted first time with no issues, Windows 10 registered immediately. Wifi is moderate at best and will not handle 5G only 2G capable. All in all seems to be a solid mahine for the money for sure! For now, I would definitely recommend this machine for a low to mid level user, 3D printing, web browsing, client machine for a business, persoanal use for email, facebook etc. The processor is solid but does not have the speed to support high quality video for gaming etc. I will revise this review in 30 days after I have put the machine through its paces.(UPDATE: This machine is SOLID! its been a few months since I purchased the machine and I wanted to updatemy review with a BIG THUMBS UP! If you read my previous review... everything I stated previously is still TRUE! The machine still works perfectly with NO FAILURES! ) THANK YOU!

Had to return
The description was not very clear with certain things. It needed adapters for the Wi-Fi connection and for HDMI hookup. They were included in the box but I wasn’t expecting to need adapters for these. After about a week, I was getting an on-screen message saying the Windows version was reaching end of service and couldn’t update anymore, which was causing some functional issues. Was going to suck it up and keep using it because I needed a second computer for my work. But then started noticing some power surge and electrical issues, so I just packed it and sent it back.
