It is a very useless product. It's a total waste of money.Reasons:1. The thermostat is of the worst quality. It does not control the heating as it should upon a scale of 1 to 3 as provisioned by a provided controller2. The controller is of a very low quality.3. The heating pad may be of a reasonable quality, I don't know really, but on scale 1 of the heat controller, the pad gets so hot that it becomes uncomfortable for the skin and it melts and gets glued on to the cotton cover provided by the vendor. A very poorly researched and tested product which should not be in the health care market at such a price. I expect that the vendor should replace the poor product that he has supplied or refund the cost. A bad product overall. Never expected of Amazon to deliver a product very poor in quality

The media could not be loaded. Temperature/ time cannot be adjustable. Only 1,2,3 levels.

It’s a cheaper quality product. Cover is thin cotton and waist bands are poor quality narrow elastic

Product is defective- most of the time AC does not get on with remote - purchased only 20 days ago ……..SIC…..!
