Taste great. It's a good affordable alternative to other products out there. My energy has been steady with no crashing and I'm definitely getting better sleep.

I never write reviews but so far this has been amazing. Bloodwork showed my thyroid is not working at optimal levels so I took a look at supplements and this one looked good. This is only my third day but the change is remarkable and has been instant. I used to be always tired and now I have far more energy and just feel great. My weight isn't an issue so don't know if that will change but this has been a game changer and I'm sold.

Contains ashwaghanda which I cannot take. Also it os apparently not eligible for return so I am outermost $15

Surprisingly these taste like plain wax. Doable.
