Not very good
I tried the footwarmers and they did not get warm. Used both pairs on top and bottom of feet and nothing.

Luke-warm, not hot, adhesive needs work
The adhesive could be better, I struggled with keeping them stuck to the surface, so it kept my arch warm instead of my toes. And compared to the outside temp, I would say they kept my feet luke-warm, and not really hot.

Handy warm-up packets
