The sound quality is excellent on this headset, both incoming and outgoing. But the headset itself is quite heavy, and doesn't grab your head very well, so excessive head movements will cause the thing to fly off... so I have to practice my model-walk when walking with this thing! Also, the little opposing pad on the opposite end from the speaker is very well-designed to catch in my hair when trying to remove the thing!

When making a video call, noise cancels, so there is no noise around it, and I can move the microphone freely. It can be adjusted to the angle at which the sound is best.I can use it for a long time when I charge it, so I can listen to music in the middle while working, and I don't have to worry about getting cut off in the middle. The pad on the ear is also soft, so it is comfortable to use for a long time.

I gave this headset 3 stars because I had them for a little over 6 months, using them for short periods of time and the padding material deteriorated and came off. They were not used commercially, I used them only for personal calls which is not often. Very dissappointed.

From what people tell me, the sound quality is great. I find it comfortable and I have no issues with that. The instructions on how long to hold the button to like turn it off, or have it start listening to use voice to make a call are off. You can't just tap the button you have to hold it for about a good half a second and then a "Listening" will show up on the phone. then you can actually do the voice command
