I purchased the sample pack, and I wanted to try quite a few before writing a thoughtful review. I noticed the reviews were very mixed, this product is expensive for what it is, and it is non returnable. I hope this helps you make an informed decision.(Do yourself a favor and make a slushy with ice, coconut milk, an orange creamsicle, the lemon citrus powder, and a touch of sweetener. Very yummy and easy!)Flavor/mouthfeel: this is not a drink powder that feels sparkly or tingly in your mouth- it’s flat like water. Be careful not to swallow down the wrong tube though, for it is very scratchy and uncomfortable. It is sweetened with monk-fruit extract, but it is definitely not a sweet beverage at all. If you have a high sugar tolerance like me, you might be a bit dissatisfied. My personal preference is the mixed berry flavor. I usually dislike citrus flavored things, but I do enjoy this powder.Effect: The calming effect is noticeable- when it does kick in. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes I feel so relaxed I get the giggles. It seems like drinking multiple drinks in a row does not increase the effect, so don't waste a packet! I get best results when I drink it fast, as in 5-7 minutes. This is not like alcohol where you can (and should) just sip.Price: I was really disappointed that for what I paid, I did not receive the pretty box packaging. The powders came in a plastic bag that could not be resealed. I think that is tacky and dishonest. I should not have to go out and buy a container when there is a disposable one pictured.Overall, I would certainly recommend this as a relaxation beverage. I cannot imagine drinking this at a party as an alcohol replacement as the effect is much too mild. Have one at bedtime or on your patio this summer!

I love this supplement. I do feel like it’s a little pricey for it’s a small container. However, I do feel more relaxed, and though I am getting natural ingredients with no artificial flavors, I also like their flavored seltzer and their cocktails.

This stuff is phenomenal. It works immediately, it tastes really good and I take it every day before bed. It truly helps me a lot as someone that has anxiety and such.The berry flavor does give me indigestion so I’m curious to know if all flavors will do that or not. I do think it’s worth it tho.

I think this actually did affect my mood positively. However, my stomach is very sensitive to many things and it caused a bit of upset. Took me a couple weeks to make the connection and in that time I did notice feeling more relaxed and better able to fall asleep.

I’ve had these before and they’re awesome, the flavor is good and not sweet which is nice cause you can add your own. I sleep like a baby and it definitely helps me relax. I love them so much, I ordered some for a friend and the boxes were all squished and ruined 😩 this wouldn’t be an issue but because it was meant to be a gift, I wanted to keep them nicely in their box. I’m pretty bummed about the delivery of it but the product itself is amazing.

Not a good flavor. I ordered this as a money saving replacement to the carbonated recess drinks that I love, and thought I could replace them with this added to sparkling water…. But no, this berry flavor is rough and artificial tasting
