DIY is very easy. It's size not occupy space & very light for easy storage.Self-Suction Thick soft foam, soft and comfortable without hurting the feet.Good to play Belly Movement, Stretching Back, Elbow Plank, Sit-Ups, etc.The diameter of rubber thickened double suction cup which provides a larger suction cup area and higher stability.

The suction stopped after using it twice.
The suction of the product just doesn't work . It's of no use. I used it twice . And then didn't use it as was busy. But now it's suction doesn't work . It's of no use to me. The return window is closed but I want a refund.
