What a beautiful assortment of Halloween colors! The quality, functionality, color, size and inflatable on these none popping balloons were great. Until we had a popping party!!!!

Fun balloons, in multiple different colors, it was a great price and that is why I picked them, the neon was just a nice fun addition.

Terrible balloons—don’t bother.
These balloons are terrible. They are advertised as glow in the dark, but when they arrived, the bag said you needed to activate them with a UV light. Oh well, maybe that’s on me for not reading the description carefully enough.However, they are so thin the colors are basically transparent. They don’t look like anything except a hint of pastel color in the light, so I doubt they look like anything in the dark, even if they have been “activated” by a UV light.I didn’t fill them up very full (because they become weird shapes really quickly), and three of them still popped within 30 minutes of inflation. And a couple of them shrunk a bunch in the first 12 hours, so they’ll must not be good at holding air.All in all, the one and only decent thing about these balloons is that they’re surprisingly easy to tie (but even that is probably just because the material is cheap and thin.)

Glow balloons
Good product for one time use! I used these for glow day at school and they worked great. The kids loved them! It comes with 100 which is great for the price. They last for about three days and super fun for the kids!

These Balloons Glow Up the Party!
These UV neon balloons were the life of the party! Under blacklight, the colors popped like crazy, bright, vibrant, and super fun. We used them for a birthday party and everyone kept asking where we got them. The pack came with plenty of balloons in assorted colors, and they held up great all night. If you're throwing a glow party, these are a must-have. Total vibe upgrade!

Not very bright.
Not as bright as advertised when black lit. They kind of glow. Not super neon. Definitely not like the picture. They did seem to blow up fine though I did have one pop on my balloon arch.
