Q: Are the wood legs thick enough to screw in a small screw?

Honestly, I don’t know. There are premade holes where the legs would overlap to insert a screw with a wing nut in (you’ll see that in the photos of the easel). I wouldn’t recommend doing it as it may crack the wood. I know that doesn’t really answer your question but that’s the best I can give.

Wedding easels

These looked nice and we spray painted them black for the wedding. They are not super sturdy but still held up well for an outdoor windy wedding. We hot glued our acrylic signs to them and then they popped off well afterwards. Good deal!

Good for an event sign!

The product was as described. Able to hold a sign and present it beautifully. A little flimsy, but great for one time use and if no one touches it.
