Exactly what I needed
Excellent. Fits my OutSunny 4m parasol perfectly. The original steel base frame had rusted and broke. This new one fits and is sturdy. Easy to assemble too with all you need in the pack.. its 4 x 14mm nuts. Instructions are straightforward. Very pleased and a good price too.

Well made
Really well made. The water tanks are made from a very robust kind of plastic.I've only given 4 stars because it would have been good to have had different sized inserts for different pole diameters - there was only one for the widest. Also, it would have been good to have had protective bushes on the two bolts that tighten onto the parasol pole rather than bare screw threads.Overall, it's strong and does the job.

Why did you choose this product over others?:To provide superior stability for an umbrella in a coastal area.Sturdiness:Solid with the appropriate weights (sold separately)Stability:With appropriate weights, it is not going anywhere!The biggest selling point has been customer service. I hadn't put it together because of the weather, and when I did there were a few parts missing. I contacted the seller via Amazon and they were immense - providing a replacement immediately. My experience has been nothing short of superb!
