Ordered for moss poles and it worked great. Decent value for the price. After you soak it good it seems to hold water for atleast two to three days depending on humidity.

Decent amount for th price. Few sticks here and there but easy to pick out.

When it came i was expecting a bigger block than what it was but when I cut off a portion maybe a 3rd or little less of it it swelled up so much it filled my bucket I was using. Great product

Absolute garbage quality, I thought with the green some would be alive and it would be of quality but it seems like someone just shoveled this out of the wild in a swamp. The smell is bad, it's filled with debris, some of its dark brown/black meaning rotted. I wish I could return it. Also 50qt is definitely not how much it expands to, I'm barely at 30 qt after soaking and wringing out. I don't even think I'll use any of it but idk how to return a bag of wet moss

I ordered two packs, and they've been great in helping keep my snake tanks moist. They expand really quickly, and I usually throw one brick in with the coconut husk brick when I'm making new substrate and mix them together.Results do vary a little aesthetically, since one pack the moss stayed a brown, dead color, and the other the moss has turned green and looks like it's alive again.
