Good
No noticeable scent spray on and brush through seems to be helping

Took ages to arive
Did not arrive on time, but hope it was worth the wait. See it used elsewhere with good results but too early to judge at this early stage.

Didn't work for me
Easy to apply but didn't help dogs itchy skin, in fact probably made it worse because it dried her skin out so much

Stopped my dog scratching and skin flaking sore skin
I purchased this product for my dog after reading great reviews and having spent over 150 quid back and for the vets, which cured nothing. I could say it's expensive, but when you say £30 vet consultation fee before you've even stated your case, plus another 30 to 40 pounds of injections, pills, potions and other rubbish that doesn't work, it works out a very reasonable product. I went to the vet at the early symptoms and had 3 visits with different veterinary surgeons who were useless in curing the problem. Itching flaky skin with little hot spots. My dog would roll on her back to scratch like Baloo the bear from jungle book. The skin would flake across her back and fur would go greasy/ not smell nice even after bathing. I tried adding oil to her diet to moisturise her skin. She's flead and wormer regularly, so it wasn't that. I tried organic coconut oil, rubbed in her coat to provide moisture. Tried coal tar dog shampoo. Medicated dog Shampoo. Shampoo with manuka honey for dogs. Skin allergy shampoo for dogs, pdsa multi shampoo, shampoo for sensitive skin. Hibiscrub - eased it for a day but didn't stop the flaking and the itch came back. She was scratching her hair out and I was putting my hair out trying to fix it. I bought this product in hope it could work. The only thing I thought it could be was mites. My cats travel around. Everyone is flead and wormed, but what about mites?I brushed my dog through thoroughly, then applied the spray liberally to her skin and coat and brushed her through again. I ran my fingers through her coat and rubbed it all in. Over the next few hours, there was less scratching, less hair shedding as she wasn't scratching. She was peaceful instead of irritated. I'm extremely pleased for my dog, as well as for buying the product. I did a few applications in the same way,. Brushing it through her fur and rubbing it in to her skin. She's much happier and so am I! I would definitely recommend.

KG SPRAY
My cat picked up a skin complaint, scratching and loosing fur, saw this and thought I would try it. Took a few days of use, but yes improvements, fur growing back, less itching, and blood residue from the scratching. I am impressed and no harmful chemicals, just read instructions to avoid eyes though.Good product. Thank-you.

This is working on my dog
I used the spray twice a day on my dogs sore patches (after giving the dog a bath with the shampoo first)and followed the instructions from the 2 page leaflet enclosed, and sprayed her bed, and areas she sits. After 2 days the sores looked much duller and she was not scratching much and was a much happier dog. After the 3rd day I noticed hair growing back. I do not know how she caught mites, but think she might have had them when we first got her as she was a very neglected dog. The previous owners never gave her a bath and her fur was a mess and smelt when we got her.(They never vaccinated or wormed her either, and left her outside tied up too on a short rope, never took her for a walk or gave her any training. 2 years of her life like this!)I had tried several other shampoos without success but am pleased and relieved to have some success with these products. Whether they will cure the problem remains to be seen as it takes time. The only thing is after 4 days, I had used up half the spray and need a bigger one next time.

Made things worse
Disclaimer: I'm not a veterinarian or even close; just a pet owner trying to help his dog get better.I got this for my dog for exactly what it says it treats - itchy skin problems. I didn't know what the problem was at the time, but he needed something to ease the aggravation of his skin.It turned out that my dog - a large alsation, had a yeast infection. Yeast infections cause dry skin, dandruff, small subdermal lumps, can leave a hairless spot with an open wound 2mm-1cm in diameter, cause hyperpigmentation (dark patches), and you may find clusters of white specs on those dry/dark/sore patches. It can look similar to a lot of things, like lice, mange etc. The giveaway is the smell of the yeast, but if you've never smelt it before and aren't even thinking about a yeast infection, you might attribute the smell to bad breath or something one of your animals "did" which you can't find.Again, I'm not a veterination so I can't speak from science, only my perceived experience using this product. It appeared to make my dog's skin condition much worse. Even further down the line, when I began using an antibacterial shampoo, and then, wanting to not over-do it, began to alternate with this product, the progress gained from the shampoo appeared to be lost and the situation worsened a couple of days after spraying. I then found out that this product contains yeast. I also read that there are different types of yeast, and one type is actually useful in dealing with yeast infections, but that was not my experience using this product. This is a product targeted at those of us who want to help our pet with a skin condition that we either don't know the cause of or without spending hundreds if not over a thousand pounds on diagnosing the condition via biopsies and skin scrapings (which, as many of us will know, will often come back inconclusive and the next step is to spend much more on treatments which may or may not work for what the pet has, anyway). With this in mind, it is terrible that the manufacturer fails to provide any warning about what itchy skin conditions it will not work for, and, more specifically, what itchy skin conditions it might make worse. There is no indication as to whether it is suitable for a yeast infection or not, which ought to be provided since the product contains yeast. That is my main gripe, because had I read that it was unsuitable for yeast infections, I would have looked into what a yeast infection was there and then, to determine suitability for my dog's condition (and had that happened, I probably would have found out what the condition was a lot earlier). To the product's credit, I will say that it did appear to ease my dog's itching once it was applied... but it was temporary, and obviously not worth it if it only made things 20x worse shortly thereafter. For those of you in a similar situation, looking for ways to treat yeast infections because the usual go-to solution of antibiotics will not help and has been known to cause yeast infections, this is what worked for my dog: Antibacterial and antifungal shampoo to target the infection on the surface; 1 part apple cider vinegar to 3 parts water rubbed into the affected areas to promote healing and treat without over-washing the dog's coat; switching to gain-free food, and adding pre-biotics and pro-biotics to his meals. Savalon also works great on any sores that get opened by his scratching.I do not recommend this product when you are not sure what the animal has.
