Best tape!
I am a physioyherapist and I got my hands on this tape once a patient ordered this because other one wasn't available since then there is no going back the tape has an amazing hold at a good quality however it can be harsh on sensitive skin areas I would suggest using an underwrap other than that it's my recommendation for every injury and taping technique! Boldfit always lives upto the quality of their products

Worst product
Just after a day of use my skin had a blister that turned into a wound. Will not recommend to anyone. Please do not get fooled by the 5 star reviews. The glue is toxic.
