The package arrived in perfect condition, and we managed to put it together in just 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making the assembly process a breeze.Once assembled, the scooter was incredibly easy to use. My father-in-law found it very enjoyable to ride. The red color we chose looks fantastic, with an excellent shape and appearance. The scooter functions flawlessly, and the quality of the materials used is impressively high. Each battery charge lasts for long hours, ensuring extended use without frequent recharging.This scooter has significantly improved my father-in-law's mobility and independence. As with other reviewers, setup was extremely easy. The quality is top notch. And service was superb.I had a small issue with a bent bolt that made tightening of the upright control a little difficult. I sent an email asking for a replacement and they bent over backwards to make sure I quickly got the replacement part. They told me up front they would do whatever was needed to make I was satisfied and they followed up as promised.Great product AND great service... One cannot ask for more.

I am 80 years old and after reading the instructions and watching the product support video, I assembled it myself. After charging it per instructions, it rides smoothly and I am at ease in driving my scooter. So far, I'm very satisfied with my scooter purchase.

It is Very uncomfortable whenIt goes over bumps it Bumps the whole machine. The only way to ad just the seat up or down. Is to pull out a pen and lift it manually. The armrest are uneven. The beeping noise when it goes backwards is extremely annoying. There is nowhere to Put your cell phone on it so you can use the g. P. S. ThePlace you have to plug in the charger You have to been way over in the uncomfortable spot and you cannot see it. If you have to stand up to get in a door and drive it through, it runs out of your toe every time. The throttle is not very adjustable. And it seems to go full speed. Or stop Immediately and you go forward Then back. You have an adjustment on a knob that you can set in at a certain speed. Or if you need to go faster to get up a hill, you have to turn it. It is very difficult to turn around. Having a basket on the back endLeaves whatever is in it usually stolen. They front drive chef is very bobblyAnd Does? not turned smoothly. There is no place to set a drink where it will not spill. It has to be disabled to be able fit to a small space such as you're truck. There's no way to fit yours suitcase without it being in the way. If the headlight is on, you cannot see it and there's no indicator to show you that it's on. That will run your battery down quickly And you could get stranded. If you do not have someone with you to help you. The thing is extremely difficult for someone who has no strength. Unfortunately, it seems that all these are made the same way And are do Not appear any better.

I love The scooter! It’s been very convenient to ride in the house I live on a ranch and it also does go outside and it runs perfectly last a long time on the charge The seating height is perfect to drive around and turn on and off lights, get things out of the fridge etc. it’s perfectly designed

This is a very nice scooter. The light is bright, and has good coverage. The speed is top notch, not to slow, lightweight and affordable. The ride is smooth. I have to fight the grandkids off so I can ride it to check my mail. The noise is very quiet. The color is nice and bright. The size is pretty great too!!!

I thought it was lighter than it was

Package arrived as promised. I’m a 73 yea old lady and was able to assemble with ease. Love that it fits in back of van. I bought for my 80 year old husband who was able to ride immediately without any problem. I feel the seat could be a little wider but other than that, fantastic product.
