If you like Japanese & Asian cuisine, then this is a staple for your recipes. Excellent ingredient for marinating meat poultry & vegetables giving a deep savoury salty taste which adds a depth to any dish.Made from fermented soybean and salt therefore a good source of protein & minerals.
