This is my child's favorite lego toy, and when one of the pieces broke by accident, the kind customer service person Rebecca was able to help identify the replacement part and have it shipped to me at no extra charge. What a great company to do this, and my child is thrilled to get this fixed!

My 7 year old son wanted to spend some of his birthday money on this plane (mainly because it was so big, lol). The reviews were mostly positive, so we went for it even though it wasn’t the “name brand” building bricks. After building it, I am very impressed! Not only is the plane huge, but the attention to detail is incredible. There’s a luggage/cargo area (with little suitcases!), a door that opens and closes, first class seats, economy seats, a restroom, and lights! There are also two little luggage trucks (built, but not pictured) and an airport (not built yet).The pieces snapped together fairly easily—not quite as smoothly as the name-brand bricks, but much easier than other “off-brand” sets we’ve put together (one caused the pads of my fingers to be sore for hours!).As for customer service, one of the pieces for the plane was defective, which caused two of the rear wheels to continually fall off. A card came with the set encouraging customers to contact the company if there is a problem. I emailed the company, and they have been super responsive and are sending us a replacement piece. On a side note, I believe the company is located in Australia, so if you’re in the U.S., take into account the time change when emailing and waiting for a response (I always received a response the same day…it was just several hours later).Overall, I definitely recommend this set!

The overall set was pretty great. Exept just be careful with the mini suitcases, and the "Baggage Check Conveyor" or whatever it's called. It has a tendencey to break when built. But still, overall set is cool.

I’m pretty impressed with the design, quality, detail, and clear instructions. The plane has interior lights that can be switched off and on. I’d buy this brand again.

Pedí este avión para mi hijo y le llegó rápido, lo que si necesitan es bastante tiempo para armar todo , y sobretodo cuidar todas las piezas porque si se pierde una entonces no se podrá armar el avión

Everything came as pictured. Had to mod the light portion for better access, but my 8-year-old had fun putting it all together.

Got it for my grandson for Christmas and we had a blast putting it together. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!!!

I order this Lego set for my grandson's B-Day. He is very happy with it, but what I dislike was the packaging ! It was not in a box! It was on my front door just like that, not in an mailing envelope or in a box!!!! It's an expensive Lego set and anybody could see what it was and somebody with not good intentions could take it !!! Very disappointed. I order a lot from Amazon, and there is a box where I can click if I wanted the shipping in a box, but on this order there was nowhere to click !!!
