Never considered sandbags for my hands before and thought it’d take awhile to adjust, but my hands are not shaking as I type this so I am thrilled with the results. Tremors are embarrassing as ppl just assume the worse, but my hands aren’t shaking now! So yes, I will recommend these for hands with essential tremors. For others dealing with them my amazing physical therapist recommended a vest and ankle weights as well. And for the next six weeks we’re working to regain my strength after two hear surgeries within 18 months. It’s time I tested my ablated heart out and started strengthening it as well! They are a bit awkward, but they function well. And I never get embarrassed over the tremors anymore. They are a lifetime problem I inherited from my two beautifula aunts. I just wish I had known what they were dealing with. Grateful we have scientific aids to help us manage our disabilities caused by essential tremors and rheumatoid arthritis. Just wish things could have been different for them. I have heard ugly rumors about all three of us and I want to bring Ess3ntial Tremors out for their descends as well. There is no shame with E.T. It is a neurological disorder unexplained, but inherited. These weights are great for E.T. hands.

The gloves did not work for my father’s tremors. Not weighted heavy enough.Did not have the gel-filled ball included.Will be returning.

Bought for a family member. She said they were too bulky for her tiny hands. I tried them on and I felt they were comfortable but not a need for myself

Bought it for a relative who has mild to medium hand tremors. It works well to decrease shaking when drinking coffee or using a computer mouse, etc. She did say they could even have added a bit more weight to the glove, and it would work even better for her. A person who has something like Parkinson's disease and who thus might have even more pronounced hand tremors, that person might need something with a bit more weight OR get this one and figure out a way to superglue add'l weight to the top of the glove. All in all, a very good purchase. Would buy again.

After buying a few, this one is perfect! I think it has to do with the support that this one has for the wrist. I could write better and eat better. I would definitely recommend this one! And I am using the exercise blue egg that come with it and it my tremor has decreased a lot!Update! I bought the new heavier one and it works even better. I asked the seller to make them in beige and they answered that they would!

So helpful with my mamas tremors

First of all this description was decieving! I thought I was gettingg two pair not two gloves. Secondly the elasttic fingers do not fit snug to the hand, in fact the one for my pinkie slides off the finger whenever I try to do anyting with it! I have never been so disappointed since I thought I would be able to contain some of my tremors today. Back to the page and see if I can find some with an HONEST description!!!!
