Do not waste your Money

This is a pretty comprehensive combination of ingredients and surprisingly it's not too expensive as that is what normally happens when you get a complex. Normally the sum of the ingredients do not match the cost of the complex (product). At the time of writing this doesn't seem to be the case here. With this product I would say it's reasonably priced. It's not cheap as it's only 30 days supply but it's certainly not as expensive as I expected it to be when I looked at the combination of ingredients. I would say it's actually good value.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your stress health.
