Well I'm new to taking methylene blue as a supplement this is the second brand I've tried but I can definitely tell that this brand is much higher quality than the last stuff I tried, it tastes better, and the mental clarity is much more prominent.I'm only on day 2 of taking it so I'll try to update my review as I get closer to finishing the bottle.

This does make your urine blue , but it’ has a ton of health benefits and it is highly recommended

JUST WOW. I have PMDD and my brain slows downnnnnn for two weeks like clock work. Coffee makes my psychotic and I needed something that was quick and easy. The taste sucks BUT this thing really helps you zone in and focus. It’s worth it. I just take a shot glass with water and drop the methelyne blue and drink it. It’s better than adderall. The blue is incredibly vibrant and pretty. The stain doesn’t really last like that so don’t worry!
