These come in so handy if you're out on a backpacking trip or a fishing trip or if you're just curious and want to give one a try they are literally Lifesavers and the value for the money is no matter what they can save your life, there are trusted name brand water filter that gives you drinkable water quality, the weight and size are perfect to have in a backpack, a truck, a car, a boat, in a bike pack or whatever. I'm sure you catch my drift the build quality is really good too I have used one of these before just for the sake of seeing if I got sick if I drink some questionable water. I can say with all confidence I did not get sick and in a scenario where there could be an emergency you don't want to be empty-handed when it comes to away to have the ability to drink water and to be safe and knowing your kids would be safe as well and obviously the ability to start a fire in a responsible manner but fire water and shelter are the three most important things in a survival situation. So, Deal or No Deal, Black Friday or Amazon days or whatever buy multiple packs of these so you can give them as gifts or so you can teach your friends and family and kids how to use these as the price point is very fair for something that can literally save your life if you are around a water source and you aren't able to boil it. Hats off to the people who invent this kind of stuff and as an avid Outdoorsman I keep these things in my boat, and my kayak, and my car, and my truck, and in my backpacks and I always make sure my kids have one as well just because!

These arrived super fast and I love to give them as gifts!! Not only am I secretly giving my loved ones a survival tool, they all think it’s totally cool when they get it!! Of course our 12 year old son had to test it out and YES, we can totally use these in an emergency situation. I always keep these on hand now at home and when someone says “oooh that’s cool”, I think immediately hand them one!

These could save your life. They store forever, and are simple to use. If you ever have a disaster, and have no running water, these make practically all water safe to drink, with some exceptions obviously. I live in Southern California, and of course the Big One (earthquake), could ruin my day at some point.....but at least I know I can drink any stored water! I have these in all my vehicles, plus bug out bags, and of course at home. You just remove the wrapper, uncover the tip, place the filter side in water, and suck up the now filtered water. When done, there's a cap to prevent dirt intrusion. These are good for a bunch of gallons, I can't remember how many, but it's enough to survive a rough patch for sure.

The LifeStraw Personal Water Filter is perfect for my solo hiking adventurers, or emergency kits. I wish there was a way to know for sure that the water is being properly filtered but for what it does, it earns a 4/5. Recommended for anyone seeking reliable personal water safety.

I do a lot if hiking & worry about running out of fluids. I've used this a few times & it works great. I have not gotten sick from the water I drank either. It is compact, lightweight, & easy to use. Definitely a must have!

A camping must have. Really does work. Was hesitant at first but it could be a life saver if facing survival. I think everyone should have one.

This is my third buy of these and they work wonders. Get some for your bugout bag or a camping trip like we do.

Made my cinnamon porridge taste strange when I sucked it through the straw. Idk if that means it working or not.
