Will definitely keep buying
Only used these for about 2 weeks now, but none of adverse issues that berberine is known for. Ease of swallow:I don't like tablets and capsules but these are little and so are easy to swallow.Why did you choose this product over others?:It looked like a clean product with no fillers or bulking agents, the reviews were positive, and I loved the packaging design. It had this all-round feel for being a true 'health product'.

Good Benefits of Berberine
Why did you choose this product over others?:Because of the Strength of the Product. I got it for Cholesterol lowering, and found other Benefits! Reduced Appetite. There was a Side effect of Heartburn, but it went after a few days. I would recommend these Supplements.

I bought this after reviews said it curbed appetite, and this was the dose to get. I have not noticed any difference at all. I'm giving it 3 stars because the cost/tablet size and packet were all acceptable.

Actual strength
Days 2000mg but when you get pack it says 200mg per serving. I wanted over or equal to 750mg per serving.
